If this is happening now
- Report it to the National Cyber Crime Helpline 1930 or at cybercrime.gov.in.
- Don't delete messages. Take screenshots and save links as evidence.
- Don't pay or reply to anyone threatening or blackmailing you.
- If you feel unsafe, call 112.
Online harassment, blackmail, morphed images, cyberbullying or financial fraud can leave you feeling frightened, ashamed and alone. It is not your fault, and you do not have to face it by yourself.
Counselling helps you cope with the shock, fear and anxiety that follow, and regain a sense of safety and control. Everything you share is treated with complete confidentiality.

What a first session looks like
Your safety comes first. We'll talk about what has happened at your own pace, and I'll share the reporting options available. I do not give legal advice, but I can support you emotionally while you work with the police or a lawyer.
Session formats and fees
Sessions are 50 minutes, in person at the clinic in Panjim or online across India. See fees and formats, or start with a free 15-minute discovery call.
