Grief does not follow a timetable. After the death of someone you love, you may feel numb, angry, guilty or exhausted, sometimes all in one day. These are natural responses to loss.
Grief counselling offers a calm, gentle space to remember the person you've lost, express what feels unspeakable, and slowly find ways to carry the loss as life continues.
Is this you?
- The loss feels as raw as the day it happened
- You feel you must stay strong for everyone else
- Guilt, anger or 'what ifs' keep returning
- Sleep, appetite or work have been affected for a long time
- A child in the family is struggling to understand a death
How I can help
- Space to talk about the person and the loss
- Understanding the many forms grief takes
- Coping with anniversaries, festivals and family occasions
- Supporting children through bereavement
- Rebuilding routine and meaning, gently
What a first session looks like
There is no right way to begin. In the first session you can talk as much or as little as you want. We'll go gently and decide together what kind of support would help.
Session formats and fees
Sessions are 50 minutes, in person at the clinic in Panjim or online across India. See fees and formats, or start with a free 15-minute discovery call.
Frequently asked questions
Neither. People come for grief counselling weeks, months or years after a loss.
Yes. Family sessions can be arranged, as well as individual sessions for children.
Sudden or traumatic losses can be especially hard. Counselling adapts to that and, where needed, I coordinate with other professionals.
