Booking

Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message. Online session links are shared before your appointment.

Fees and payment

Fees are listed on the Services page and may be updated from time to time. Payment is by UPI, card or cash, before or at the session.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged [percentage]% of the session fee.
If I need to cancel, you will be offered a new time at no extra charge.

Scope of service

Counselling is not a substitute for emergency, psychiatric or medical care. Where medication or crisis care may be needed, I will recommend appropriate referral.

Not an emergency service

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 112 or Tele-MANAS on 14416, or go to the nearest hospital.
