Exams can feel enormous to a child. Some pressure is normal, but when worry starts affecting sleep, appetite, mood or the ability to study, it helps to talk to someone trained to support young people.
Sessions are age-appropriate and practical. Children learn to manage worry, plan their study time and handle exam-day nerves, while parents learn how to support without adding pressure.

What a first session looks like
For children under 18, a parent or guardian joins the first meeting. We talk about what's happening at home and school, and then I spend time with your child on their own so they feel heard. Parental consent is required for all sessions with minors.
Session formats and fees
Sessions are 50 minutes, in person at the clinic in Panjim or online across India. See fees and formats, or start with a free 15-minute discovery call.
